The Transitional Navigator provides restorative-based support, case management, and crisis response for at-risk youth. They are also responsible for data collection, program evaluation, and coordinating prevention education services.
A Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field with 1-3 years of experience is required, though a Master's degree is preferred. A valid driver's license is also mandatory.

Overview:
The Re-engaging Teens Restoring Justice Program will focus on youth ages 14-19, who have dropped out/ are at risk of dropping out of school, have been released from/ are participants in the juvenile justice system, are struggling with homelessness and food insecurity, and whose connections with meaningful adults are lacking.
Transitional Navigators are part of a community-based team and are assigned to a specific focus area including: school-based programs, runaway and homeless youth programs, teen court/juvenile justice programs, community engagement/teen empowerment or workforce/gun violence prevention programs.
Schedule: Full time, 35 hours per week. 12-month position.
