As a Temporary Accommodation Support Officer, you'll play a vital frontline role, providing practical support, housing advice and tenancy sustainment services to vulnerable households living in temporary accommodation. Working closely with customers, support agencies and housing colleagues, you'll help people overcome barriers, access the right support and successfully move into settled accommodation.
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll work directly with households in temporary accommodation, supporting tenancy sustainment, coordinating move-on plans and helping ensure accommodation is safe, suitable and compliant.
