Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least one year of experience in high-volume, full-cycle recruitment. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to build partnerships with community-based organizations.

Serving as a consultative advisor to program teams, this role uses data and insights to address recruitment challenges, fill open roles with mission-aligned candidates, and support Ampact’s service goals.
