The Career Advisor provides comprehensive career counseling, assessments, and coaching to help job seekers enhance their professional skillsets and obtain employment. They manage a caseload of participants, guiding them through career exploration, resume development, and referrals to training opportunities.
A high school diploma or GED is required, while an associate or bachelor's degree and previous workforce experience are preferred. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and strong interpersonal skills, with bilingual English/Spanish proficiency strongly preferred.
