The Case Manager is responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment and aftercare plans for clients in recovery. They also facilitate case management groups and assist clients with legal, employment, and disability documentation.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in substance abuse treatment and hold a RADT certification, with CADC-I preferred. Proficiency in FMLA, disability laws, and state/federal healthcare regulations is required.
