Supervise and guide housing relocation specialists to help homeless families transition into permanent housing. Manage housing records via the CARES system and maintain relationships with housing providers and the Veterans Administration.
Requires an Associate's degree in Social Work or a related field and at least 4 years of experience working with homeless or low-income populations. Must possess a valid New York State driver's license and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
