The Peer Support Supervisor provides recovery-oriented leadership and supervision to peer staff to ensure the delivery of non-clinical, person-driven support. They are responsible for educating leadership on peer values, managing staff performance, and advancing peer support as a distinct discipline within the organization.
Candidates must have lived experience of recovery and a high school diploma or equivalent. Certification as a Peer Support Specialist is required or must be obtained within a specified timeframe, along with demonstrated experience in mentoring and supervising others.
