The psychotherapist provides diagnostic and biopsychosocial evaluations to execute therapeutic treatment for clients in addiction services. They lead the therapy team and manage coordinated case management while acting as a liaison between treatment teams and referral resources.
Requires a Master's degree in Psychology or a related field and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Dependency Counseling. Candidates must hold dual licensure in Minnesota as an LADC and one of the following: LP, LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC, with at least one year of experience.

The psychotherapist provides diagnostic, psychological, or biopsychosocial evaluation and executes therapeutic treatment toward defined goals. The psychotherapist works to strengthen motivation and commitment to specific change goals through a collaborative, goal-oriented style of communication using motivational interviewing and evidence-based psychotherapy.
St. Cloud Hospital/Addiction Services serves as primary clinical site; however additional consultative services may be provided to other behavioral health sites through in-person or TeleHealth assessment. The psychotherapist takes a leading role on the therapy team and is ultimately responsible for coordinated case management of assigned clients. Acts as a liaison between treatment team and consulting and referral resource personnel.

To be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full or part-time benefited position. Previous employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire. CentraCare pay incentives to include but not limited to, hiring bonuses may be discontinued at any time due to business needs.
