The dispatcher is responsible for receiving and managing emergency requests for ambulance assistance and providing pre-arrival instructions. They must accurately record data, allocate EMS resources, and coordinate with supervisors to ensure efficient emergency response.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and either minimal medical/telecommunications training or one year of experience as an EMS or public safety dispatcher. Strong English communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are required.

Sign-On Bonus Payment Structure:
$1,500 upon completion of dispatcher training (typically 4 months)
