The Quality Control Inspector ensures adherence to the Quality Control Plan by monitoring performance standards and inspecting services for defects or discrepancies. They also investigate customer complaints and provide root cause analysis to implement corrective actions.
Candidates must have at least two years of experience in custodial services and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. Applicants must also be physically capable of performing general tasks and pass all required background screenings.

The Custodial Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for the GCE Quality Control Plan (QCP) adherence as it pertains to the performance standards of the specific worksite(s) assigned. The QC Inspector is responsible for providing the Project Manager and the operational staff with established performance objectives and inspecting services for defects, timeliness, and discrepancies. This position will receive, investigate, and provide root cause analysis regarding customer complaints and provide recommendations to correct when deficiencies are confirmed.
May travel to and from various locations and buildings throughout the year and in various weather conditions. Most work will take place indoors. Will work with cleaning chemicals. Will be required to follow the Emergency Operations Work Assignment per customer requirements. Schedules are subject to change.
While performing this job's duties, the team member is regularly required to bend, crouch, walk, climb stairs and ladders, reach above head, and lift up to 40 pounds. Must be able to assist in lifting equipment and move furniture when necessary; will occasionally be required to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
