The Area Maintenance Technician manages the general physical condition of properties, focusing on electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and carpentry repairs. They are responsible for overseeing outside vendors, executing preventative maintenance programs, and responding to facility emergencies.
Candidates need at least 2 years of relevant experience and are preferred to have an EPA Section 608 HVAC certification. The role requires the ability to lift 50 pounds and availability for 24/7 emergency response across multiple locations.

HRIM manages a diverse portfolio of fifty-three multi-family developments consisting of five thousand units that offer luxury, affordable, and mixed-income living opportunities and over two hundred thousand square feet of office/retail space in a five-state area for HRI Properties, HRI Communities, and third-party property owners.

SUMMARY
The Area Maintenance Technician is responsible for the general condition in terms of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, mechanical, and painting. Additional functions include completing maintenance request work orders on a timely basis and participating in the preventive maintenance program for all building equipment and rooms.
This position is eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus.
