The Site Superintendent is responsible for overall construction site management, including supervising site teams and coordinating trades, materials, and inspections. They ensure project delivery by managing safety, quality control, and adherence to schedules and budgets.
Candidates need 5+ years of construction management experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Required knowledge includes safety regulations, building codes, CCDC contracts, and certifications in First Aid/CPR and WHMIS.
