The Sterilizer Operator is responsible for operating sterilization equipment, managing lot loads using bar code scanners, and maintaining precise documentation for quality control. They must also ensure the work area remains organized and communicate effectively with supervisors regarding production and maintenance needs.
Candidates must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of diagnosing minor equipment issues. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with basic computer skills and the ability to follow written Standard Operating Procedures.
