Requirements
Candidates must possess an active TS clearance and at least 8 years of experience with a relevant Bachelor's degree. Proficiency in RF engineering, radar systems, and signal processing is required to support DoD and government programs.

What You'll Do
Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments
Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
Ensure compliance with contract and security standards
Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance
Combine RF/radar engineering and threat-system characterization with modeling/simulation to represent foreign emitter, radar, seeker, communications, or EW behavior.
What You Bring
Active minimum TS clearance
Experience supporting government or DoD programs
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with RF engineering; radar; signal processing; emitter characterization; M&S; electromagnetic systems
Minimum 8 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree related to the labor category
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting MSIC and DIA programs
Agile, cloud, or modernization experience
Background in process improvement or analytical services
