Performs general maintenance, repairs, and preventive care for healthcare buildings, grounds, and vehicles. Responsibilities include semi-skilled trade work in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, as well as managing work orders and facility inspections.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED and 1-3 years of experience in facility maintenance. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and CMMS software.

The pay scale for this position is $22.00 to $24.00 per hour and is based on non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience.

Position type and expected hours of work Full time. This position will work Monday through Friday 8:00a to 4:30p with a 30-minute lunch. This position requires occasional weekends and early morning and evening work, as well as on call duty for facilities emergencies.
Travel— This position requires travel during the workday to other locations.
Work environment— This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones. Works in an office environment with the usual pressures of completing projects/tasks in a timely and accurate manner. Because of multiple sites with the department, it is common to drive to several locations, sometimes in inclement weather.
