Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and experience in customer service or door staff roles. Must be able to obtain an Illinois PERC card and pass drug and background screenings.

We are hiring for Unarmed Flex Security Officers to work at Willis Tower in Downtown Chicago.
All candidates must also be available to work weekends and holidays. Flex officers do not have a set schedule and must be available to work at least two (2) of the three (3) shifts. We will make every effort to give advance notice of assignments for open shifts, vacation coverages, personal days, etc., but call-offs may need to be covered with four (4) hours or less notice. The more availability you have, the more hours you'll be available to pick up!
