The Scheduling Manager supervises day-to-day security operations, focusing on establishing schedules to minimize overtime and maintaining client relationships. They are also responsible for monitoring staff performance, handling escalated security issues, and managing personnel files.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of supervisory experience in security or customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and the ability to obtain a security license is necessary.

The Scheduling Manager reports to the Director of Operations and is primarily responsible for supervising the day-to-day security operations of Titan Security. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or general education degree (GED) and 2 years prior satisfactory employment as a supervisor in security or customer service position. Experience in a heavy volume call center is preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Ability to acquire and maintain a security license (if required by the state), including state accredited training requirements.
Language Skills: Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Bi-lingual considered a plus.
Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, scheduling software a plus.
Other Qualifications: Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. Must maintain a working telephone number though which we can contact you.
Physical Demands: Standard office environment.
Salary & Benefits: Salary starts at 55K - 57K plus paid time off, MBO bonus, medical insurance, dental insurance, paid holidays, and pension/retirement benefits. Skills-enhancing training and opportunities for career growth and promotion.
