Lead the 24x7x365 Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) and manage full-stack infrastructure monitoring to ensure P1 incidents are identified and notified within 5 minutes. Administer SolarWinds tools, maintain operational dashboards, and coordinate event management to reduce alert fatigue.
Requires at least 10 years of management experience and 8 years of IT monitoring experience in large enterprise environments, including ITIL v3 Foundation certification. Candidates must be U.S. Citizens capable of obtaining a Public Trust clearance.
Peraton is seeking an experienced Monitoring & Event Management (MEM) Team Lead that will be responsible for the 24x7x365 operations of the customer Enterprise Operations Center (EOC), full-stack monitoring of all infrastructure (servers, network, storage, voice, and endpoints), and event management processes that ensure P1 incidents are identified and notifications issued within 5 minutes. The ideal candidate manages the EOC team, administers SolarWinds and other monitoring tools, manages customer account access (25 named users), and maintains operational dashboards with sub-30-second refresh rates.
