The Resource Recovery Coordinator manages reject stock to maximize recovery value through sale, repurposing, or compliant disposal. They are responsible for maintaining accurate registers, liaising with stakeholders, and identifying opportunities to reduce waste and disposal costs.
Candidates should possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with basic competence in inventory systems and reporting. Experience in chemicals, manufacturing, or waste management is desirable, along with a willingness to complete relevant training.

About the role:
The Resource Recovery Coordinator will be responsible for the timely and cost-effective management of Reject Stock across Redox, maximising its recovery value through sale, repurposing, reprocessing or reuse, and arranging compliant disposal when no practical alternative exists.
The role will maintain visibility of Reject Stock, prompt responsible employees to take action and follow each item through to an appropriate resolution.
