The Patient Journey Manager acts as the primary Roche contact for rare disease stakeholders to co-create solutions and optimize the patient experience. They are responsible for identifying shared purposes within the healthcare ecosystem and removing obstacles to ensure effective product utilization throughout the lifecycle.
Candidates must have a completed undergraduate degree, with an MBA or postgraduate degree being highly desirable. A solid background in high-complexity markets, such as rare diseases or oncology, along with proven experience in strategic partnerships within the Brazilian healthcare system is required.

Como um(a) Parceiro da Jornada do Paciente com foco em Doenças Raras você será o ponto focal da Roche que trabalhará em parceria com os stakeholders que lidam diretamente a jornada do paciente dessa especialidade visando obter um entendimento profundo de suas necessidades para conectar as capacidades da Roche e co-criar soluções significativas. Nessa posição, você estará localmente inserido no ecossistema com um escopo totalmente integrado, funcionalmente agnóstico (ou seja, não se encaixa nos conceitos tradicionais de Comercial/Vendas ou Assuntos Médico) assumindo um escopo sênior com autonomia para tomar decisões que gerem diretamente impacto na jornada do paciente.
Responsável por identificar um propósito compartilhado dentro do ecossistema relacionado à jornada do paciente visando co-criar soluções relacionadas a mudanças necessárias do ponto de vista científico.
Aprimorar a jornada do paciente com uma forte paixão por criar valor e impacto no ecossistema, com foco na comunidade científica local, visando trazer os melhores resultados possíveis tanto para o ambiente de saúde local quanto em toda a Roche (em âmbito global) trabalhando em forte parceria com stakeholders internos como Área Médica, de Acesso, Científica e Digital visando maximizar sinergias e otimizar recursos.
Atuar como um parceiro confiável sendo o principal (mas não exclusivo) ponto de contato entre as partes interessadas e a Roche, compartilhando internamente as necessidades da comunidade de pacientes e partes interessadas, priorizando e protegendo os recursos e impulsionando soluções.
Ser o principal ativo na jornada do paciente garantindo a remoção de obstáculos além de desbloquear as possibilidades entregando valor aos pacientes e à comunidade, bem como sendo o suporte dos produtos da Roche durante todo o seu ciclo de vida garantindo sua utilização de forma adequada.
Supervisionar a jornada do paciente em sua totalidade atuando como um pensador de sistemas com a capacidade de identificar propósitos compartilhados entre as partes interessadas.
Graduação completa (desejável Pós-Graduação e/ou MBA).
Sólida vivência no mercado de alta complexidade (Oncologia, Especialidades ou Doenças Raras, sendo este último um forte diferencial).
Experiência prévia em Terapia Gênica será considerada um grande diferencial.
Forte background em Vendas/Customer Facing, combinado com consistente embasamento técnico-científico para dialogar com stakeholders de alto nível.
Amplo conhecimento da Indústria Farmacêutica e do funcionamento do Sistema de Saúde Brasileiro (público e privado).
Histórico comprovado no estabelecimento de parcerias estratégicas com hospitais, provedores, fontes pagadoras e demais atores do ecossistema de saúde.
Excelente habilidade de comunicação executiva, engajamento e influência com stakeholders.
Disponibilidade para atuar com base em São Paulo/SP, com capacidade para viagens em até 60% do tempo (cobrindo as regiões do Rio de Janeiro, Goiás, Distrito Federal e Minas Gerais).
