The Research Contract Analyst supports the negotiation, drafting, and management of contracts for clinical research studies. They collaborate with investigators, legal counsel, and external sponsors to ensure compliance with institutional and federal regulations.
A bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in clinical research contracts and compliance are required. Knowledge of FDA, ICH-GCP, and HIPAA regulations is essential, and a clinical research certification is preferred.
