Description:
The Research Contract Analyst will be responsible for supporting the negotiation, drafting, and management of contracts related to clinical research studies. This position requires a strong understanding of clinical research protocols and regulatory requirements to ensure that agreements comply with institutional policies, sponsor/funder obligations, and federal regulations. The Research Contracts Analyst will work closely with clinical investigators, the Office of General Counsel, and external sponsors/funders to facilitate the timely and efficient execution of contracts that support clinical trials and research initiatives.
Qualifications:
Degrees:
Bachelors.
Additional Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of clinical research contracts, regulations, and compliance requirements (FDA, ICH-GCP, HIPAA, etc.
).
Certification in Clinical Research (e.
g.
, ACRP, SOCRA) a plus, but not required.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and legally sound contract terms.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously.
Attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve complex legal and regulatory issues.
