At Hollywood Branded, we build the partnerships behind pop culture - across film and television, creators, gaming, sports, events, talent, media, digital, licensing, branded content, PR, and more. We are building an always-on Team Network of creative, strategic, technical, operational, and pop-culture-obsessed people we can bring into opportunities as our clients, campaigns, productions, technology, and partnership ecosystem grow.

This is not one generic job posting. It is our ongoing pipeline for full-time, part-time, freelance, contract, project-based, internship, and future leadership opportunities. We are also especially interested in freelancers and entrepreneurial operators who already have relationships with brands, productions, studios, agencies, creators, talent, events, or other partners and want to bring those relationships into the Hollywood Branded ecosystem. You may already have a network and expertise you have spent years building, but want a larger team, infrastructure, technology, strategy, and operational support behind you so you can grow something bigger.

That might mean bringing brand clients into HB. It might mean bringing productions or partnership opportunities into the system. It might mean building and eventually owning a practice around the relationships and expertise you already have.

How Hollywood Branded Works

Radar brings brands, productions, creators, talent, agencies, events, sports properties, gaming companies, and other partners into the ecosystem and gets them registered, researched, qualified, and ready to match. Playbook builds the strategy and infrastructure. Access creates the match and opens the conversation. Produce activates and manages the partnership. Amplify extends its reach. Grow measures results, expands relationships, and feeds new opportunities back into Radar. Some people become experts in one part of the system. Others grow into ownership of an entire practice across all six stages.

Where You Could Build Your Lane

We build our team around a handful of connected operating areas. You may specialize deeply in one, or bring strengths that cross several. Some of these opportunities are temporary, project-based, part-time, or ideal for people looking to build entertainment experience.

Growth, Sales & Marketplace Development

This is the front end of the HB ecosystem - bringing qualified brands, productions, creators, talent, events, gaming companies, sports properties, and other opportunities into Radar and moving them toward real conversations.

Work can include brand hunting, outbound prospecting, inbound response, research, qualification, registration follow-up, production and studio outreach, talent and creator recruitment, event and sports outreach, call setting, nurture, re-engagement, Radar distribution, marketplace matching readiness, and pipeline management inside HB SaaS.

Industry Specific Partnerships

Our practice owners and coordinators follow their vertical through the full HB lifecycle - from making sure Radar has enough supply and brand demand, to building strategy, opening Access, managing Produce, supporting Amplify, and growing the relationship. Practice areas can include Film & TV, Influencer & Creator, Gaming & Esports, Events & Experiential, Sports & NIL, Talent & Celebrity, Music, Fashion, Licensing & Co-Promotions, Branded Content, and other pop-culture partnerships.

Client Account Management & Partnership Operations

For people whose strength is owning the client relationship and keeping complex programs organized, healthy, and moving.
Account Management can include day-to-day client communication, account planning, status calls, scope and budget awareness, timelines, deliverables, approvals, reporting, risk identification, retention, renewal preparation, and expansion opportunities. Partnership Operations and Account Coordination support the machinery underneath - assets, follow-ups, schedules, internal coordination, vendor management, Monday.com, campaign tracking, and execution support. Account Managers own the relationship. Coordinators keep the work moving. Practice owners bring specialist strategy. Senior client leadership handles major account health, escalations, and growth.

Marketing, PR, Media, Social & Online Education

We need people who can help Hollywood Branded and our clients earn attention, build authority, educate audiences, and turn partnership stories into demand. This can include PR and media relations, reporter outreach, press lists, thought leadership, awards, speaking support, social media strategy and management across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms, newsletters, podcast support, editorial content, content calendars, community engagement, trend research, online courses, LearnWorlds, workshops, training materials, Playbooks, SOPs, educational video, templates, internal enablement, and client-facing learning content.

Digital Growth, Paid Media, Web, SEO & AEO

For people who understand that digital activity should create measurable action.

Work can include Meta ads, Google Search ads, retargeting, website and landing-page creation, conversion optimization, lead-generation funnels, social campaign support, analytics, SEO, AEO, website audits, content optimization, internal linking, redirects, metadata, schema, search visibility, and AI-search performance.

Creative, Design, Video, Reporting & Case Studies

We regularly need flexible creative and reporting support across sales, partnerships, campaigns, client work, and amplification.

This can include presentation and pitch design, campaign graphics, Canva, Photoshop/Illustrator, short-form and long-form video, Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, podcast clips, campaign recap videos, landing-page creative, placement clipping, screenshots, timestamps, wrap reports, campaign measurement, case studies, proof-of-performance materials, and client-facing reporting.

HB SaaS, Business Systems, Technology & Special Projects

For people who like making complicated systems actually work.

This can include HB SaaS administration and governance, CRM and marketplace data quality, workflows, sequences, forms, lead routing, dashboards, automation, Monday.com, AI tools, integrations, QA and testing, IT, permissions and access, developer coordination, technology vendors, process design, SOP governance, documentation, systems architecture, and special projects.

Production, Placement, Logistics, Finance & Administrative Support

Not every Hollywood Branded job happens behind a laptop. We also need people who can keep the physical and operational side of the company moving. This can include product inventory, warehouse organization and cleanup, shipping and receiving, set deliveries, returns, gifting and influencer fulfillment, product placement coordination, production support, screening, event setup, temporary activation support, bookkeeping, AR/AP, billing support, finance administration, executive administration, office operations, scheduling, and general operational support.

Some participate at no cost. Others move into paid strategy, Playbooks, campaigns, representation, and larger programs.
