The Mortgage Loan Officer is responsible for sourcing and developing mortgage leads while building strong referral relationships with branch staff and community partners. They will consult with members to understand their financing needs and guide them through the mortgage application process to meet production goals.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in mortgage, real estate, or financial services sales. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and the ability to maintain NMLS registration is required.
