Winn.ai is an AI platform transforming how enterprise sales teams work. We help sales organizations automate manual work before, during, and after customer conversations, enabling reps to spend less time on administrative tasks and more time selling. Trusted by leading enterprise customers, we're building the future of AI-powered sales.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead strategic product initiatives from discovery through execution. You'll own key product areas, work closely with Engineering, Design, AI, Customer Success, and Go-to-Market teams, and turn customer insights into impactful product experiences. This role requires strong product thinking, excellent execution, and the ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical considerations.


Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, including ownership of complex or cross-cutting product areas. We weigh the depth and breadth of what you have owned more heavily than the exact number of years, but this is a senior-level bar.
  • A strong systems sense. You are comfortable with foundational areas such as permissions and access models, user and organizational hierarchies, and integrations, or you can ramp on them quickly, and you understand how they connect to the rest of the product.
  • Initiative and independent drive. You move ambiguous problems forward with limited direction: gathering the right input, forming and testing hypotheses, and shaping a clear plan.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration. You work closely across engineering, design, marketing, and customer-facing teams, and directly with customers, and you communicate proactively and openly.
  • Comfort in a fast-moving environment, adapting quickly as things change and keeping priorities clear under pressure.
  • A balance of speed and quality. You ship quickly when it matters, while building in a way that holds up and fits the broader system.
  • Enthusiasm for working with AI tools and integrating them into how you work day to day. Prior experience is welcome but not required.
  • A builder at heart. You love making things and improving how they work, and you use tools, AI included, to build, automate, and streamline, whether that means shipping a feature, prototyping an idea, or removing friction from a process.
  • Cultural fit matters here as much as the skills above. Winn is a small, close-knit team that builds iteratively and relies on one another, united around a shared mission. We are looking for a genuine team player: someone energized by collaborative work, invested in the people around them, and committed to what we are building together, who leans in and works through friction rather than pulling back from it.

Nice to have

  • Background in sales technology, conversation intelligence, or revenue tooling.
  • Experience evolving feature-built software into more composable, foundational systems, or taking a product up-market.
  • Experience designing integrations, permission models, or user and organizational hierarchies at scale.
