Position Overview:
Cardo is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Product Marketing Manager to join our passionate marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies, tactics, and campaigns that support the growth and long-term success of our product portfolio. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to lead the launch and promotion of Cardo’s powersports and outdoor communication solutions.
As a key member of Cardo’s high-performing marketing team, you will serve as the company’s product expert - deeply familiar with our competitive landscape, creative in developing compelling product-related collateral, and confident in presenting it to a wide range of audiences and stakeholders.
*Full-time position in a hybrid model (from the company’s offices at Raa’nana/from home)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and sales of our product lines.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify key market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation. Identify areas for improvement and inform on future product development strategies.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and design teams to define product positioning, messaging, and target customer profiles.
- Create compelling product narratives and value propositions that resonate with our target customers and effectively communicate the unique benefits of our
- consumer and partners portfolio.
- Plan and execute product launches, including developing go-to-market strategies, coordinating cross-functional activities, and overseeing marketing campaigns.
- Act as a subject matter expert on consumer electronics trends, powersport market dynamics, and competitive landscape, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the sales and channel teams to develop sales enablement materials, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- Create and manage the production of marketing collaterals such as sales presentations, product datasheets, website content, demo videos, installation, and user guides.
- Ensure that the messaging is consistent and effectively communicates the product's value to customers by doing user testing and other means
- Gather & analyze market feedback, customer insights, and sales data to continuously improve product marketing strategies and optimize the product lifecycle.
- Build strong relationships with industry influencers, partners, and media outlets to enhance brand awareness and drive positive product reviews and endorsements.

- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the consumer electronics, powersports, or technology industry.
- Possess a proven track record of developing and executing successful product launches and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- An excellent communicator who thrives in a team collaboration environment.
- A PowerPoint wizard with presentation skills to match. Excellent communication and showmanship, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear and compelling messages for diverse audiences.
- Passionate about consumer electronics and technology, with a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, design, sales, and channel partners.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of the powersports industry, market dynamics, and emerging trends – a strong plus.
- Active motorcycle, or powersports enthusiast – a strong plus
