The Commercial Sales Representative is responsible for acquiring and growing fleet service accounts within an assigned territory to increase overall revenue. This includes prospecting new clients, managing existing relationships, and utilizing Salesforce to document activity and forecast sales.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of outside sales experience and an associate degree in business or a related field, though a bachelor's degree is preferred. Expert knowledge of fleet services and proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office are required.

The Commercial Sales Representative utilizes a consultative style sales approach with focus on acquiring fleet service clients and growing the overall share of the client's business. The position is responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities with fleet customers in assigned territory, providing leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company's vision and values and establishing plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the assigned territory.
