Set strategic objectives for the Consumer division, focusing on business growth, market share expansion, and innovation.
Identify key market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive positioning strategies.
Lead the division's participation in corporate strategic planning processes, ensuring alignment across business units and senior leadership.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
Own the overall financial performance of the Consumer division, including the development of financial forecasts, budgets, and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) that align with corporate growth objectives.
Develop and execute cost-effective strategies that optimize business operations, resource allocation, and investment in key areas of growth.
Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams to execute the division’s strategic initiatives, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
Manage a senior leadership team within the division, providing clear direction and guidance on strategic priorities, operational execution, and leadership development.

Requires Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field of study, plus seven (7) years of experience with leading business divisions; developing business strategies for revenue growth, market expansion, and competitive advantage; leading and managing cross-functional teams; forecasting and budgeting; managing online retail distribution and building Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies in the appliance and Consumer Electronics (CE) space; legacy Enterprise Resource Planning/Warehouse Management System (ERP/WMS) systems combined with modern digital tools, including AS400, Korber, Stackline, Retail Media, Junglescout, or Helium 10 for an integrated technology stack; operating an appliance/CE distributor of scale; front end digital technology, including Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Stackline, and Retail Media; operating a direct fulfilment Amazon business; sales execution on retail platforms; and/or, market analysis, business development, and long-term strategic planning within the consumer or related sectors.
