A walk through the Harley-Davidson Museum is a walk through the history of America. With an unrivaled collection of Harley-Davidson® motorcycles and memorabilia, a 20-acre, park-like campus, and a calendar full of activities, the H-D Museum is one of Milwaukee, WI’s top tourist destinations for visitors from around the globe. Join the H-D Museum as a Tour Guide/Guest Experience Associate and help create an experience that will stay with visitors for a lifetime.
Job Summary
The Guest Experience Associate (GEA) will be the first point of contact for Harley-Davidson Museum guests and will be responsible for providing a positive, enjoyable experience for all guests. This integral member of our Museum team will be responsible for day-to-day operations at the Museum. The GEA will demonstrate superior customer service both in person and on the phone and be able to conduct guest transactions/interactions professionally. The GEA will be responsible for imparting knowledge about the Museum, processing sales transactions (cash handling), conducting upsell conversations to meet expected goals, and assisting with various guest-facing activities.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required (must be 18 years or older).
