For our people—Kyndryls—that means doing purposeful work that powers human progress. Join us and experience a flexible, supportive environment where your well-being is prioritized and your potential can thrive.
The Role
Ready to help people learn, grow, and perform at their best?
As a Sales Enablement Professional, you will help create learning experiences, tools, and resources that support our sales teams as they build relationships with customers and solve business challenges. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys learning, communication, project coordination, and using technology to make information easier to access and understand.
You’ll work with experienced sales, marketing, and enablement professionals to develop onboarding programs, learning content, and performance support resources. Along the way, you'll gain exposure to enterprise technology, customer engagement strategies, sales processes, and AI-enabled ways of working.
At Kyndryl, learning is part of the job. You'll have the opportunity to strengthen your skills through hands-on projects, structured development opportunities, and collaboration with teammates across different functions and locations. Whether you're creating content, analyzing feedback, or supporting a training event, your work will help colleagues build confidence and deliver meaningful outcomes for customers.
What you will do
Create engaging learning experiences
Develop training materials, presentations, job aids, and communications that support seller learning
Help design onboarding experiences that enable new sellers to become productive more quickly
Support virtual and in-person learning events, workshops, and boot camps
Organize learning resources and keep enablement content current and easy to find
Support seller readiness
Assist with programs that help sales teams understand new offerings, tools, and business priorities
Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex information into clear, practical learning content
Gather feedback from participants and identify opportunities to improve learning experiences
Help track participation, engagement, and program effectiveness
Use technology to drive impact
Leverage collaboration platforms, CRM tools, and AI-enabled solutions to support enablement activities
Analyze learning and program data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Contribute ideas that simplify processes and improve the learner experience
Learn and grow
Build knowledge of sales enablement, customer engagement, and enterprise technology environments
Partner with experienced professionals who will coach and support your development
Strengthen skills in facilitation, communication, project management, content development, and analytics
Who You Are
Required skills and experience
Bachelor's degree, associate degree, or equivalent practical experience obtained within the last two years or completing before start date
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly to different audiences
Experience creating presentations, training materials, communications, academic projects, or digital content
Ability to organize multiple tasks and meet agreed deadlines
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and draw insights from data
Experience using Microsoft Office tools, collaboration platforms, or similar productivity applications
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in both independent and team-based environments
Curious, adaptable approach to learning new technologies, processes, and ways of working
Preferred skills and experience
Internship, campus leadership, volunteer, or project experience related to training, communications, sales, marketing, business operations, or learning and development
Exposure to CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar tools
Experience using AI-enabled productivity tools for research, content creation, or analysis
Experience presenting information to groups in academic, professional, or community settings
Interest in learning about enterprise technology, customer engagement, and sales strategy
The base compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $55,200 to $99,240 based on a full-time schedule reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Kyndryl, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
