Responsibilities

Develop and drive category strategies for Supermarkets and eCommerce channels based on shopper and consumption data. Coordinate with sales and brand teams to optimize assortment, pricing, and point-of-sale execution to increase market share.

Requirements

Requires a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or similar, with at least 4 years of experience in the supermarket channel. Candidates must have advanced Office skills, intermediate to advanced English, and a commercial analytical profile.

Lo que te hará exitoso…

-Recibido de las carreras de Administración de empresas, Comercialización, Ingeniería Industrial o afines.

-Poseer un mínimo de 4 años de experiencia en posiciones similares con conocimiento del canal Supemercados (excluyente)

-Preferentemente contar con movilidad propia ( no excluyente), con disponibilidad para viajar 1 vez al mes al interior del país.

- Perfil con visión comercial, analítica y marcada habilidad interpersonal.

- Manejo avanzado de Paquete Office y experiencia en haber manejado información de mercado.

-Inglés nivel intermedio/Avanzado

 

Un día en la vida de…

-Impulsar al desarrollo de estrategias de las categorías en el canal Supermercados y eCommerce, definiendo las oportunidades de crecimiento y los principales impulsores de la categoría basados en información de shopper y consumo para generar el crecimiento de los clientes.

- Generar impacto y eficiencia en el desarrollo comercial del área, trabajando el vínculo entre la estrategia de las categorías, la estrategia de negocio Global SBU, la categoría ZDP/ZEP, la estrategia de negocio de mercado y los planes de Marca, Canal y Cliente.

-Apoyar activamente el refinamiento de los objetivos financieros y el business case de cualquier I&R. Asegurar que toda información relevante sobre la categoría, el canal, el cliente y la competencia se integren en la preparación y se apliquen a la entrega de los planes de comunicación y activación del canal y cliente.

-Desarrollar iniciativas orientadas al comprador para generar mayor atracción de ellos a las categorías basándose en acciones de, comunicación y activación específica hasta el punto de compra.

-Aplicar prácticas y herramientas de gestión estratégicas para el crecimiento de las categorías junto con el área de Ventas.

-Contribuir al proceso de innovación y renovación de las categorías a través del aporte de insights basados en canales, clientes y competencia.

-Identificar oportunidades de surtido, precio y distribución por categoría para mejorar nuestra participación de mercado por Cliente, Región, Formato.

-Trabajar en conjunto con Activación de Punto de Venta para asegurar la correcta exhibición y Foto del Éxito de las categorías en los Puntos de Venta.
