Imagináte emprendiendo proyectos desafiantes, dinámicos e innovadores y siendo responsable de:
Diseñar e implementar proyectos y arquitecturas de alto rendimiento y escalabilidad, garantizando los más altos estándares de calidad.
Liderar el equipo, fomentando el despliegue del potencial de sus miembros y generando un excelente clima laboral.
Estimar y planificar las tareas técnicas del equipo, en coordinación con otros sectores de la organización.
Mejorar y construir nuevas capacidades con especial foco en la calidad del catalogo y marketplace de Meli.
Colaborar con diferentes equipos cross y orgánicos del marketplace para coordinar las necesidades de mejoras y desarrollo.
¿Qué buscamos en vos?
Poseer 5 años de experiencia en liderar equipos de alto desempeño.
Poseer experiencia en lenguajes de programación como Java, Go, Groovy, NodeJS o similares.
Tener experiencia en protocolo HTTP y web frameworks modernos, utilizando prácticas de desarrollo como MVC, TDD, Code Coverage y Mobile First.
Poseer experiencia en la interacción de áreas técnicas en escalabilidad, seguridad, acceso de datos, procesamiento en paralelo, instrumentación y sistemas distribuidos.
