DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO

Como Representante Técnico Comercial, serás el motor de crecimiento en tu zona, gestionando y desarrollando una cartera estratégica de clientes para impulsar la adopción de soluciones innovadoras en nutrición vegetal y bioestimulación

Este rol se vive en campo, entendiendo los retos productivos de los agricultores y construyendo confianza a través de la asesoría agronómica que solucione o ayuda a mejorar los resultados del agricultor generando demanda (venta) de nuestros productos hasta convertirlos en el estándar necesario para resultados de primer nivel.

 

REQUISITOS PARA APLICAR

  1. Ingeniero/a Agrónomo/a
  2. Residencia: actual en la zona (es un plus)) o disponibilidad para reubicarse
  3. Experiencia mínima de 2 años en asesoramiento técnico‑comercial. Conocimiento de productos de Cosmocel/Cosmoflor, tradecorp, IdaiNature u otros ligados a Rovensa Next (es un plus)
  4. Conocimientos sólidos en nutrición vegetal y manejo de cultivos de la zona.
  5. Disponibilidad para trabajo en campo, con visitas frecuentes a productores y distribuidores en la zona asignada.
  6. Licencia de conducir vigente, obligatorio: maneje unidades manuales.
  7. Perfil comercial, orientado a resultados, desarrollo de cartera y cumplimiento de objetivos.

 

RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO:

Responsabilidades técnicas

  • Brindar asesoría técnica especializada en nutrición vegetal y bioestimulación, identificando necesidades clave de la zona para generar mejoras productivas de alto impacto.
  • Impulsar la adopción de soluciones innovadoras y nuevos productos del portafolio Rovensa Next, vinculando innovación agrícola con resultados medibles en campo.
  • Ejecutar días de campo y capacitaciones técnicas que fortalezcan la relación con agricultores y distribuidores, facilitando la toma de decisiones basada en valor técnico.

Responsabilidades comerciales

  • Ejecutar la estrategia comercial en la zona asignada, integrando la gestión comercial con el enfoque técnico para maximizar el impacto en ventas.
  • Asegurar el cierre de ventas y el desarrollo de la cartera, capitalizando el trabajo técnico‑comercial para el cumplimiento de objetivos.
  • Dar seguimiento a KPI’s comerciales, inventarios y actividades promocionales con distribuidores, enfocando el esfuerzo en resultados y consolidación de mercado.
