Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Implementador/a Funcional para incorporarse a una empresa de tecnología especializada en el desarrollo e implementación de software de gestión para empresas agropecuarias, pymes, comercios y organizaciones vinculadas al sector agroindustrial.
La persona seleccionada participará en proyectos de implementación, capacitación y soporte funcional, acompañando a los clientes en la adopción de soluciones de gestión empresarial.
Relevar las necesidades de los clientes y comprender sus procesos administrativos.
Acompañar la implementación de sistemas de gestión en nuevos clientes.
Configurar parámetros iniciales del sistema, usuarios, empresas, módulos y datos básicos.
Capacitar a los usuarios en el uso de los diferentes módulos del sistema (compras, ventas, stock, cuentas corrientes, caja, bancos, contabilidad y gestión agropecuaria).
Brindar soporte funcional de primer nivel.
Registrar consultas, incidentes y requerimientos.
Elaborar documentación, instructivos y procedimientos de uso.
Realizar pruebas funcionales de nuevas versiones y mejoras.
Colaborar con el equipo de desarrollo reportando errores, oportunidades de mejora y nuevas necesidades detectadas.
Participar en reuniones virtuales y presenciales con clientes.
Acompañar el seguimiento posterior a la puesta en marcha.
Estudiante avanzado/a o graduado/a de Administración de Empresas, Contador Público, Sistemas, Analista de Sistemas, Tecnicaturas en Gestión, Comercialización, Agronegocios o carreras afines.
Conocimientos básicos de procesos administrativos: compras, ventas, facturación, cuentas corrientes, stock, caja, bancos y registraciones contables.
Buen manejo de PC, Excel, correo electrónico, herramientas web, videollamadas y herramientas de inteligencia artificial.
Excelente comunicación oral y escrita.
Capacidad para explicar procesos de manera clara y sencilla.
Perfil organizado, metódico y orientado al cliente.
Capacidad de aprendizaje y adaptación.
Autonomía para resolver consultas funcionales.
Experiencia previa en implementación o soporte de software de gestión (ERP o sistemas administrativos).
Conocimientos del sector agropecuario (no excluyentes).
Proactividad.

Paciencia y habilidades para capacitar usuarios.
