Provide contractual service and technical support to customers to resolve issues regarding company products and applications. Perform on-site chemical analysis and prepare technical reports to implement corrective modifications and process changes.
Requires a degree in Chemical Engineering and a valid driver's license with experience in 4x4 or high-altitude driving. Experience in water treatment or the mining/lithium industry and intermediate English are desirable.
En ECOLAB estamos en búsqueda de un/a Ingeniero/a de Aplicación para nuestra división de Nalco Water - Mining en Salta.
Brindar servicio contractual y ayuda a los clientes con el soporte de resolución de problemas con respecto a los productos / aplicaciones / soluciones de la Compañía.
Garantizar la implementación de nuestros estándares en todos los clientes.
Trabajar alineado y dar soporte al área de ventas del distrito.
Evaluar y Resolver problemas de campo, en el sitio de los clientes, para devolver los sistemas a la conformidad del cliente.
Realizar análisis y controles químicos "in situ".
Asistir en la preparación de informes que detallen problemas técnicos y soluciones para iniciar las modificaciones correctivas necesarias del producto y / o los cambios de proceso recomendados. Documente el valor proporcionado al cliente siempre que sea posible.
Proporcionar servicios de recursos de instalación en base a la solicitud del proyecto necesarios para satisfacer las necesidades del cliente. Los servicios pueden incluir (entre otros) encuestas de campo, listas de verificación de instalación, servicios de asistencia de implementación.
Graduados/as de Ingeniería Química
Experiencia en tratamiento de aguas o en industria minera/ litio (Deseable)
Inglés Intermedio (Deseable)
Licencia de conducir vigente
Experiencia de manejo en vehículos 4x4 o de manejo en altura.
