The Store Support Teammate focuses on providing an enjoyable shopping experience for guests through friendly service and transaction processing. They also assist with merchandising tasks, store organization, and maintaining security standards.
No prior experience or training is required for this position. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule and meet physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
Summary
The Store Support Teammate is responsible for fulfilling our mission statement, “to create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests.” Additionally, this position completes a variety of sales support tasks assigned by the Store Manager.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the Teammate regularly works in a retail store setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
