The Beauty Advisor will drive sales performance and brand awareness by conducting training, managing events, and supporting operations at key Sephora locations. They are responsible for hitting sales targets and maintaining high standards of brand representation through effective customer engagement.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry, specifically with Sephora and skincare training. Strong communication, organizational skills, and the flexibility to work weekends and travel between store locations are essential.
We are looking for a talented Beauty Advisor to join our dynamic, fast-paced field sales team. In this role, you will support sales and training for Tatcha. Travel required to the key Sephora stores in Lisbon, with Specific focus on the flagship stores which will play a key role in driving sales performance and events.
Each day at Tatcha is different, with new problems to solve and tasks to tackle, but here is an idea of some of the things you will work on:
