The Front Desk Associate manages the client experience by welcoming guests, handling inquiries, and guiding prospective clients toward memberships and classes. They are also responsible for maintaining studio cleanliness and supporting daily operational procedures.
Candidates must possess strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer proficiency and the physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs are required.

POSITION
The Front Desk Associate is often the first and last interaction a client has with the studio. This role sets the tone for the overall experience—welcoming, empowering, and attentive.
Strong candidates are personable, detail-oriented, and genuinely interested in wellness. They take the time to understand client needs and can confidently guide them toward the right classes, memberships, and retail offerings. Just as importantly, they help maintain a studio environment that feels clean, calm, and well-run at all times.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
This role offers hands-on experience in client service, sales, studio operations, and community engagement. Front Desk Associates develop a well-rounded skill set applicable across boutique fitness, hospitality, and other client-focused industries.
