The Vehicle Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying and purchasing customer vehicles to build dealership inventory. They manage the entire acquisition process, from responding to leads and setting appraisal appointments to inspecting vehicles and finalizing payments.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license with a clean record. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are required, along with a self-motivated approach to achieving sales goals.
