The Customer Advocate is responsible for delivering vehicles to customers using custom car haulers and performing vehicle loading and unloading tasks. They must also manage customer paperwork and maintain accurate records within the tracking system.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50lbs. A valid driver's license is required, and the role necessitates obtaining specific local certifications such as a Notary or Chauffeur's license.

Shift Requirement: The hours for this position are from 11 am - 9 pm. We ask that team members be available to work 7 days a week. Days off will rotate between weekdays and weekend days.
We offer a competitive starting hourly rate of $19/hr with significant growth opportunities based on performance. You can boost your earnings within a short timeframe:
In your first year, you can progress from $19/hr to $21/hr through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which provides four merit opportunities annually. As part of this program, eligible team members can enjoy an additional $0.50 increase in their pay every 90 days.
And that's not all! Market Operations may offer other performance-based incentive programs specific to your location, potentially unlocking even greater earnings.
