The Assistant Site Manager oversees daily operations, including recycling, dock, and retail outlet functions, while supervising staff to ensure departmental goals and budgets are met. They are responsible for personnel management, safety compliance, and maintaining a professional, clean, and efficient work environment.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in logistics or a similar field with experience supervising 50+ employees. A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid Texas Driver's License are required.
The Assistant Site Manager supports their manager with all Post Retail Outlet and Operations in their assigned building. The Assistant Site Manager supervises all employees assigned to the Operations and Outlet team to include all day-to-day operations and administrative functions.
This position has supervisory responsibilities over all hourly Post-Retail team members.
