The Sales Consultant is responsible for building relationships with potential buyers and facilitating the entire homebuying process from showing homes to closing. They also manage model home presentation, conduct market analysis, and coordinate with builders and lenders to ensure customer satisfaction.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of homebuilding sales experience and strong customer service skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities are required to manage sales agreements and professional relationships effectively.
The Sales Consultant is a driven member of the team who is enthusiastic about building relationships with potential buyers and facilitating the homebuying process from showing homes to handing over keys to new homeowners. You will have an opportunity to develop your sales and marketing skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.
