Requires a high school diploma and supervisory experience, preferably in a retail or optical setting. ABO/SVS Certification must be obtained within 12 months of hire.

Under direction of the Retail Office Manager, assist with hiring, training, coaching and performance management of store team. Lead team in Retail Office Manager’s absence.
