Role Purpose
To strengthen execution capability within the brand team and ensure high-quality and timely delivery of key marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives (promotional materials, digital content, campaigns)
Plan and execute MR training programs aligned with brand strategy
Drive development and approval of marketing materials in collaboration with Medical, Compliance, and Legal
Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data and insights
Collaborate with Sales for effective rollout and incorporate field feedback
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant execution
Support implementation of brand strategy defined by Marketing Director and Brand Manager
Leverage digital tools, data, and technology to enhance execution quality, optimize marketing activities, and drive continuous improvement
Ensure all marketing activities are executed in full compliance with internal governance, policies, and regulatory requirements, maintaining high standards of quality and risk management
