The Custodian is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment by performing daily cleaning, sanitation, and light maintenance duties. This role also involves restocking supplies, operating custodial equipment, and assisting with meeting room setups.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and one to three years of custodial experience in a commercial or corporate environment. The role requires the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate various cleaning machines safely.

The Custodian is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment throughout a corporate office building. This role performs daily cleaning, sanitation, and light maintenance duties to ensure the facility meets company standards and provides a welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors. The Custodian must be dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness while following all applicable safety procedures.
