The VIP Account Manager is responsible for cultivating long-term relationships with high-value clients to ensure maximum satisfaction and platform engagement. This includes monitoring the VIP database, proactively reactivating players, and collaborating with internal teams to tailor promotional offers.
Candidates need 1-2 years of account management experience, preferably within the online entertainment or gaming industry. Strong communication skills and a sales-oriented mindset are required, along with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
The VIP Manager plays a pivotal role in cultivating enduring relationships with our esteemed high-value clients. Our objective is to ensure the utmost satisfaction among VIPs, proactively tackle their concerns, and guide them into maximizing the benefits of our platform for their enjoyment. The VIP host is a one stop shop for all problems the portfolio customers are facing. This role requires a strong capacity for empathy, exceptional communication abilities, and an intricate grasp of VIP preferences, desires & anticipations.
What we offer:
The salary range for this role is CAD 85,000 to CAD 100,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications and location. Final compensation will be determined based on job related skills and business needs.
This is a new position within our team. This position is initially remote, with the possibility of becoming hybrid in the future.
At this time, we are unable to sponsor work visas for this position. Candidates must be authorized to work in the job posting location for this position on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
