Partner across cross-functional teams to bring new digital capabilities to market, ensuring launches enhance the end-to-end member experience and align with broader business and customer experience objectives.
Develop go-to-market strategies and tactics that equip sales teams with clear, compelling messaging on product features, value propositions, and campaign priorities, supporting client retention and new business opportunities.

Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content and marketing materials.
Drive continuous improvement through testing, analysis, reviewing customer feedback and optimization of marketing tactics.
Digital activation and governance
Create, manage and maintain marketing content for collateral, internal platforms (i.e. SharePoint, Seismic, Workfront) and external digital channels (i.e. websites and social media)
Lead the formulation of timely performance reports with relevant analysis based on data from various sources, including digital marketing campaigns and provide regular updates to leadership.

Ability to blend confidence with tact, liaising directly with colleagues throughout the organization to get what’s needed to get the job done.
Adaptive to change, both on a micro scale in terms of conflicting project requests and priorities, as well as larger-scale changes in an ever-shifting industry landscape.
Preferred Qualifications:
