The Case Worker provides trauma-informed, individualized support to women experiencing homelessness, focusing on life skills, wellness, and housing stability. They work within an interdisciplinary team to deliver wraparound services, crisis intervention, and ongoing case management.
Candidates must hold a diploma in human services or a related field and possess at least one year of experience working with vulnerable populations. Required certifications include Standard First Aid, CPR, Suicide Intervention, and Non-violent Crisis Intervention.

Position Summary
The Case Worker at the Women’s Emergency Accommodation Centre (WEAC) provides individualized, trauma-informed support to people who identify as women experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Using a strengths-based and culturally responsive approach, the role assists participants in building life skills, achieving personal wellness goals, and accessing housing and community supports. Working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team, the Case Worker delivers wraparound services that promote stability, empowerment, and long-term recovery.
