As a Campaign Specialist, you will play an important role in delivering and optimizing the player experience across the player lifecycle. You will support the execution and optimization of player journeys, promotions, events, feature launches, and experimentation initiatives designed to improve retention, engagement, conversion, and monetization.

Working closely with Product, BI, Design, QA, Engineering, and other Live Ops stakeholders, you will help deliver engaging and effective player experiences through data-driven decision-making, continuous experimentation, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Support the development and execution of promotional, retention, and engagement initiatives aligned with player needs and business objectives.
• Support the optimization of player journeys across onboarding, retention, reactivation, feature adoption, and lifecycle progression.
• Manage the day-to-day execution of offers, campaigns, events, and Live Ops initiatives, ensuring they are delivered accurately and on time.
• Coordinate the rollout of campaigns, journeys, communications, product features, and Live Ops mechanics in line with agreed plans and priorities.
• Support the planning, execution, and analysis of A/B tests and experimentation initiatives focused on improving retention, engagement, conversion, and monetization.
• Monitor key performance indicators, identify performance gaps and opportunities, and recommend optimization actions based on data.
• Support the launch and optimization of new product features, events, challenges, missions, and other player-facing experiences.
• Help deliver personalized player experiences through journeys, communications, features, and segmentation strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Product, BI, Design, QA, Engineering, and Live Ops teams to coordinate initiatives and implement improvements.
• Analyze player behaviour and performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations for journeys, campaigns, and player experiences.
• Work closely with the Head of Live Ops and other senior stakeholders to support planning, execution, performance reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate assigned cross-functional initiatives from planning and execution through measurement and post-launch optimization.
• Contribute to a test-and-learn culture by sharing learnings, identifying improvement opportunities, and proposing new ideas.
• Maintain accurate campaign documentation, timelines, configurations, and performance reporting to ensure operational consistency and quality.

Requirements:

• Experience in Live Ops, mobile gaming, social casino, online casino, real-money gaming, CRM, player engagement, or a similar environment.
• Good understanding of player lifecycle management, retention, engagement, and conversion mechanics.
• Experience supporting or executing A/B tests, campaigns, promotions, or other experimentation initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and the ability to interpret performance metrics and draw actionable conclusions.
• Ability to identify player experience opportunities and translate data and behavioural insights into practical recommendations.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, BI, Design, QA, Engineering, Operations, or similar teams.
• Good understanding of mobile products and player behaviour.
• Proactive and hands-on approach, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities effectively.
• Comfortable testing new ideas, learning from results, and adapting initiatives based on performance.
• Fluent in English with good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of product, commercial, operational, and marketing principles.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with Smartico or similar player engagement, CRM, and Live Ops platforms.
• Experience working with Live Ops systems, personalization engines, CRM platforms, or player engagement tools.
• Experience supporting the launch of new features, events, challenges, missions, or progression systems.
• Familiarity with segmentation, player value models, retention frameworks, and player lifecycle optimization.
• Experience working with campaign performance reporting and data visualization tools.
