The growth of the practice combined with our migration to Vantagepoint as our CRM platform has created the need for a person to manage the flow of information within our firm and to monitor the quality of entry, access to, and output from this system.
The Knowledge Manager Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate and complete data within Deltek Vantagepoint used throughout the firm. This position serves as the primary owner of project, client, employee, and business development data, ensuring consistency, accuracy across the firm.
(Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually. RMF considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.)
Responsibilities1. Create content once: leverage more content multiple times rather than redeveloping stories we have told before
2. Improved capacity to generate proposal and presentation content
3. Improved knowledge sharing across teams and onboarding for new employees
4. Easy-to-use graphics database with approved image and design assets
5. Leveraging cutting-edge software and tools to complete work effectively and efficiently. High level of data accuracy and completeness.
6. Timely processing of project and client updates.
7. Reduction in duplicate and outdated records.
8. Reliable reporting for leadership and project teams.
9. Consistent adherence to firm data standards and procedures.
