Estamos buscando un perfil de Senior Paid Media Specialist para unirse a nuestro equipo en Madrid/Barcelona. El perfil ideal tendrá una sólida experiencia en la gestión y optimización de campañas de medios pagados en varias plataformas, incluyendo Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads y más. Este rol requiere un pensamiento estratégico con buen ojo para los detalles y una pasión por generar resultados medibles.
Responsabilidades clave:
Desarrollar, implementar y gestionar campañas de medios pagados en múltiples plataformas.
Realizar investigaciones de palabras clave, segmentación de audiencia y análisis competitivo para informar las estrategias de campaña.
Monitorear y analizar el rendimiento de las campañas, proporcionando informes e ideas regulares a las partes interesadas.
Optimizar las campañas para mejorar el rendimiento y alcanzar los objetivos del cliente, incluyendo aumentar el ROI y reducir el CPA.
Colaborar con el equipo creativo para desarrollar anuncios y copias publicitarias atractivas.
Mantenerse al día con las tendencias de la industria, las mejores prácticas y las actualizaciones de las plataformas para garantizar que las campañas sigan siendo efectivas y cumplan con las normativas.
Gestionar presupuestos y garantizar que las campañas se entreguen dentro del gasto asignado.
Proporcionar recomendaciones para nuevas oportunidades y estrategias para mejorar el rendimiento de las campañas.
Qué buscamos:
Licenciatura en Marketing, Publicidad o similares.
Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en la gestión de campañas de medios pagados.
Dominio en el uso de plataformas de medios pagados como Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
Fuertes habilidades analíticas y experiencia con herramientas como Google Analytics.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación en inglés y español.
Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y como parte de un equipo.
Gran atención a los detalles y habilidades organizativas.
Certificación en Google Ads u otras plataformas relevantes es una ventaja.
